We are looking for a personable, energetic, self-motivated, and diligent individual to join our shipping department.

QUALIFICATIONS

- A two-year degree minimum, and a bachelor degree is a plus

- Experience in logistics including warehouse management, shipping & receiving, order fulfillments is strongly desired

- Experience in management is strongly desired

- Computer Savvy, analytical and great attention to detail

- Strong problem solving

- Flexible, quickly adapt to change

- Fluent in English & Chinese is a strong plus.

HOURS:

We are looking for someone who is available to work full time

LOCATION:

Our office is located in Dublin, CA 94568, within walking distance to West Dublin Bart Station, and accessible from local bus stop.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

You will play a critical role of connecting the online world with offline reality, in the operation of shipping/receiving department. Duties include the following:

- Supervise warehouse activity, including PO shipping and receiving, inventory management and customer order fulfillment. Take responsibility of on time operation and inventory accuracy.

- Plan and schedule tasks of warehouse staff

- Communicate with other departments to track merchandise, product data quality and inventory accuracy

- Familiar with different shipping method and shipping carriers. Find optimal logistic solution for the company

- Plan and manage warehouse layout and supplies
